Examination of the affected area, ears, skin tag, wart or verruca and surrounding skin, looking for any abnormalities, swellings or tenderness, if found, we will discuss and provide you with details to take to your GP for referral if required.
Ears - Examination of the internal condition of your ear using an otoscope, which is a handheld microscope with its light source, looking specifically at the ear canal and eardrum, if not obscured by wax! Pictures can be taken to show you the build up
We ask all clients to soften the wax in your ears before your appointment.
It's important that the wax is softened to ensure the procedure as comfortable and effective as possible. We recommend using olive oil drops, once a day in the affected ear for 5 days where possible.

Why do we have a consultation fee?
The consultation fee covers the cost of the home visit and assessment for treatments required.
What if I still want my ears cleaned if there is no blockage?
If you don't need treatment, we will not carry it out. Unnecessary treatment may cause ear irritation.
